The general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the Society and of its income and property shall be vested in the Governing Body of the Society which shall be called the Board of Governor, Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology, Malout (Punjab) hereinafter referred to "The Board" or "Board of Governors" |
